I think the Presidential puppy should be a Bichon Frise (hypoallergenic for Malia and full of personality like Sasha). As for a name for the puppy: if it's a male, he could be named Stanley or Dunham for President-Elect Obama's grandfather; and, if it's a female, Madelyn or Maddie for President-Elect Obama's grandmother who died the day before he was elected and to whom Malia was reportedly quite close.

I'm entering these names on behalf of my husband, Pat. Trying to think of what the girls would name the puppy???? What about Hannah or Cuddles or Jonas? We'll be anxiously awaiting "the arrival"!!
