Don't let his serious face fool you - he's a playful little guy and he loves it when you give him attention! He gets along great with other cats and loves to be petted and held. Pepper and his siblings (all of whom have since been adopted) came from a free roaming mom whose caretakers understood the importance of spay/neuter and getting the kittens to a home when they were young enough to be socialized.
