Barb

This is Barb, and yes...she has a permanent milk mustache. She is always wanting to be out of her kennel to run around and play, but her favorite thing is to drink from a stream of water directly from the faucet of our shelter sink! (And we always accommodate her.) All this black-and-white tuxedo adult female wants is to have a family she calls her own.
